With a burning passion for helping others, she founded True North Consulting, a consulting and executive search firm dedicated to empowering individuals in their professional journeys.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kelly has supported executive search and provided senior level consulting with client teams in all
Regions of the United States, she has supported business start-up in Mexico and Canada and supported her client teams in India, Brazil, Australia and the EU.
Her approach is centered around facilitating self-growth by identifying and overcoming the core challenges and setbacks that hold individuals back. Through personalized plans and effective tools, Kelly guides her clients towards success and helps them achieve their desired career goals.
